TRAUMEREI...... (DAY DREAMING/REVERIE)

​Traumerei is by Robert Schumann. It was part of a group of pieces under the title "Childhood Scenes" I hope you can imagine sitting somewhere quiet...perhaps outside watching the clouds go by....and dreaming some lovely day dreams :-) 

A bit about Schumann: he was a troubled man and committed suicide at age 46. His wife Clara, a very strong woman, was a pianist, composer and , from what I have read, his rock. He wrote beautiful music, of which, this is my most favorite.
