NOCTURNE in Eb...OPUS 9 NO. 2...CHOPIN

This Nocturne in Eb by Chopin was originally written for a piano solo....there have been several transcriptions of it for cello...the most well known are by Casals, Feuerman, and Popper...the first two are unobtainable now as I  tried long and hard...I am playing Popper's transcription except for the cadenza which is by Hoffman  .....I did rewrite the first 2 measures of the cadenza to give an effect more to my liking....

I have dreamt , for years, of playing this music in the Eb transcription...it is a dream fulfilled and truly played from my heart..
