IN THE SWEET BY AND BY (my cello) (my arrangement)
In The Sweet By and By has always been my favorite hymn since I first heard it many many years ago. I have always had my own personal idea as to its meaning. This is my first duet playing both parts with Zadlo. It is my intent that over time all compositions will be played with a real cello..my Zadlo. Last summer I became Country Cello on my Sound Cloud tracks for a while :-)...playing a country hymn with just one line melody with a linear instrument like the cello seems "not enough" for the ears. This summer, I hope to be Country Cello again....it is fun....but, now I will write my own arrangements for each Country Hymn and Zadlo will supply both harmony and the melody.
